A normal rain for us.
Lots of rain in a short amount of time gives the neighbors a chance to plant their rice.
They’ll easily plant a field in an hour with this much help.  Some of our older neighbors can’t afford the help so they may take a week to plant.
The rain gives us a chance to plant as well when we’re not running around closing up the place.
Helping grandma plant their field with unchoi.

I like this picture a lot.  I think our girls are so pretty and their hearts are just as nice.

Watching the goats is a good time to take a break.

The recent team was nice enough to try our new chilies and let us know if they were hot or not.
Nathan Sneller gave them a pretty high rating, while Max’s only quote was “Thanks guys”.

It is nice to have a gardener again.  In the last couple months Be has brought our gardens back to life.

Lim had a good harvest from his garden.  He has been eating watermelons and honeydew melons almost every night for months.  A lot of the other kids are jealous, but they have not made any attempt to do anything about it.

With a little help from Be Tate and Te-a finish the compost area.  Be taught them how to use the clay mud and straw to make walls.  The compost along with the worms have been very helpful in fixing our soil.

This is our micro fish farm.  At around 4 feet wide, 8 feet long and 3 feet deep this pond will grow out 400 fish in 3 to 4 month.   The idea is to show families with little space that they can grow a lot of food in a short time.  We plan to raise crayfish soon.  This should be a high dollar crop for us if all goes well.
