3 story building = 15 new class rooms.

We had our 5 year plan of being able to purchase 25 acres of land for the schools future and final location.

The events of 2020 really pushed those plans back maybe 10 years or so.
To compensate for these changes we will have to make adjustments at our current property as it looks today as we will be here a while longer.

One of changes I am sharing here is another building.  There is a whole other story to how our property and buildings came together as they sit today, largely it’s due to adding a pieces at a time.
Adding another piece was okay with the plan of a final campus being at a large location not to far from us.  Since this is all evolving we are going to make adjustments that will make the current campus more user friendly for the next 10 years.  We have a lot of people on this property and it takes a lot of work to make things run smoothly.

In short we will add this newer building where our driveway sits.  The tin buildings in front will be salvaged and reused.
The front area will be rearranged into large offices, lunch area and parking.  On of our biggest pushes for this change is also access.  The access to our property for so many people is difficult. Managing the parents access has been a challenge and the size of the lunch area and kitchen also need improving.

In the end these changes will be a positive for the school but when the school does relocate in the future the property and it’s final layout will have significant value on todays market.

We have grown by 12 classrooms since our first solar panels were installed.
To continue to become self-sufficient we are looking to expand the system we have.

We estimate close to $30,000 to complete this second system.

This would remove the remaining $400 a month in electricity bills we are creating.

Besides helping us accomplish different projects we would love you to become a regular donor.

Did you know the biggest expense to our ministry is staff salaries?
Average salary at A Greater Hope NGO is about $300. USD a month.
Teachers are a direct cost and an expense we couldn’t do with out.  Super important.

We’ve had quite a few people over the years help us offset salaries expenses for teachers enabling us to keep the cost of education to a minimum.
Where else can you say your tithe accomplishes so much.

We have made a deposit on a vehicle in early 2020.  It is going through a long process of approval through relevant government ministries.
The funds for the vehicle are now in jeopardy to be used to cover staff salaries so that we might stay afloat during Covid lock downs.

We like help in continuing to make this purchase possible.   The dealership is now getting a little impatient though things are outside of our control.
There’s  a likelihood that we’d be required to take  a loan to provide for this need.
We offer it up to everyone who might feel the call to help on this.

We currently have a mini-van that is on it’s last leg and parts to replace things here are very costly to maintain, because there are only like 5 models in the country.

Sometime I tend to not sell this need properly.
Our basketball court is also our church area, our meeting/staging area in the morning as well as our sports and play area.
This is an incredible space for our use and yet it’s use is quite hard as it’s either very hot or raining here.
Not having a roof at the moment is keeping us from using the court as a church and forces us to shorten our morning meeting when it is too hot.
Currently we have about 80 students attending church and the rooms we have is at the edge of being unusable.

Our electricity bill has grown to the point that solar panels costs are coming into a comparable price range.  As well as the ability to have a constant source of power that is stable as well.
We’re by the time you have read this have taken a bank loan to accomplish this and we could use any help you’d like in order to pay this off quickly and put our $1,000 buck a monht towards the new land for the next school campus.

Since Aug. 2017 we’ve been building classes.  We’ve built 14 classrooms and they were completed May 2018.
