    A Heart For Wisdom School
    Recent News:
Discipleship is on the rise! Pictured are some of our
discipleship small-groups. We have about 10 groups. We
have learned that the best model of making disciples is
learning from Jesus’ example as he walked and talked
with his disciples. Jesus was spending time with his 12
by teaching them, showing them, and preparing them.
Several leaders have been pouring into others more
intently by gathering together in small groups. We have
been teaching them the Word, praying together, and
encouraging them to spend time with God every day by
reading and praying. Throughout the week small groups
are meeting and sharing what the Lord is doing in their
lives. Our focus and our goal is to raise up disciples so
they can be sent out and serve the Lord and raise up
    more disciples.
Due to the discipleship and in-class bible studies. God has been doing a lot of work in the
students’ hearts. We are blessed and encouraged that 150 students decided to be baptized and
proclaim their faith in Christ. They stood in front of the school and shared their testimonies of
why they believe in Jesus and why they wanted to be baptized. One student comes from a muslim
family and his parents gave permission to be baptized as a Christian. God is moving in the hearts
of our students and their families! Our girls from the orphanage in tenth grade have been sharing
the gospel with their friends and had the joy of baptizing them as well.

    Student Highlights:
Bana, a boy from our kindergarten class went to heaven with the Lord in June 2019. His story
touches everyone’s hearts. He was a very sweet, kind, respectful boy who had headaches often.
One day the family had called that he was in the hospital and two days later we got news that he
passed away. We were so sad to hear that news. The family came to the office to pay his school
fees and they began to tell us what happened. They said he was unconscious in the hospital but
when he woke up, he told the family to not forget to pay the school fee, and those were his last
words. We told the family they don’t need to pay but they kept insisting to honor Bana’s last
request. So we received the payment and then donated it to the family for funeral expenses. Our
principle went to the funeral with his teacher and other kindergarten teachers. The grandma
asked his teacher, “is it you that taught him about Jesus every
day? She replied, “yes, I am teaching him every day.” The
grandma continued, “he came home every day and told us
about Jesus and he told us Jesus loves him, that he loves God’s
words and when he dies he will go to heaven with Jesus.” The
grandma said to him that those were just stories but Bana said
“no grandma, they are not just stories, it is the truth.” The
grandma then asked the teacher if he was in heaven like he
said. The teacher said yes, he is in heaven with Jesus because
he believed in Jesus and the teacher continued to witness to
    the family.
We have one boy in 5th
grade named Putisack. His parent is a teacher at a public
school but sends him to A heart for wisdom because they
trust and respect our school. One day he told histeacher that
he had trouble sleeping at night and was afraid of the dark.
He was so scared that he didn’t want to go to the bathroom.
He sees evil spirits and has nightmares every night. He
mentioned it to his mother but she didn’t do anything about
it. So his teacher, Chentha told him to pray and read the
bible. He asked for a Bible and started to read and pray and
soon after he no longer felt scared and was sleeping well. He
was reading the bible everyday at play time and would ask
    the teacher questions when
    he didn’t understand. He
    mentioned he read his Bible
every night but his mom was upset and told him to stop reading.
So he hid and kept reading. He told the teacher about his mom
and she advised him to pray for his mother to have a changed
heart. So he continued to read every night and the next time his
mom came in and saw him, she didn’t tell him to stop reading but
suggested that he stop highlighting everything but only highlight
what is really important. He was very happy and thankful that
God answered his prayers. Putisack also is sharing with his
neighbor, a young boy also having nightmares and evil spirits coming, that God can help him too.
    He was baptized as well.

    Staff Highlights:
Our new teacher Chav asked in his
interview how he can become a
member of the church. After he
walked around the campus he felt so
much love and peace compared to
another private school he had been
working at. After seeking and finding
that peace in Christ he was baptized
two weeks later and is growing in
the Lord so much. He is sharing the
bible with his kids in class and is
    attending small group bible studies
throughout the week. He is pictured
    in the back row center.

    A GREATER HOPE ORPHANAGE
This coming August we have three of our children going to take the national exams. Weed will be
taking the exam for 9th grade. Engly and Sorya will be taking the exam for 12th grade. Please keep
them in prayer as they are studying and preparing for this test. Engly and Sorya have a desire to
work for and serve at A Heart for Wisdom school after they pass their exams.

    THANK YOU
Friends and families, we want to thank you!
Your recent support and prayers are really appreciated. We cannot express how grateful
we are at A Greater Hope Ministries for friends and families that support us like you.
Because of your donation and prayer:
-Many orphan children have a beautiful, safe and loving home to live and grow
up in. The children get to grow up knowing God’s love and receiving His
salvation. The children are now helping serve in the ministries.
-Hundreds of children get to come to school to learn about the one true God
that gave them salvation and to receive the real education that helps change
their own future, the future of their families, and the future of the country.
Because of good education it will end the cycle of poverty. The school is not
only helping the children but also many staff that are working here.
-Many of our staff’s dreams had come true through us sending them to college
    and become teachers.
-God has used these ministries as a light to shine in the whole province (state)
that people are praising His name and give Him glory because they have
witnessed the change in the children’s lives.
We appreciate you and look forward to what the Lord has in store for us for the future
Again, friends and families, thank you for allowing us to introduce and bring people to
    Jesus.
Because of your help we can help people to know God and make Him known!
