Bad dreams and Prayers,

Our 4^th grade teacher Chantha said her class has been really last hard this school year, the class was not listening well and didn’t study hard.  So we had suggested to Chantha to pray with them before class start and ask them if they have anything to pray to pray about.  It was only about two weeks before we all notice that her student had made big changes in their behavior.
One of her student shared with her that he was having really scary dreams, and he feels like he sees ghosts.  It makes him really scared and he did want go anywhere by himself. He told his mom about it but his mom didn’t do anything, because she didn’t know what to do.  Miss. Chantha told him to go to the office and ask for a bible and told him to read and pray every day specially before bed time. She taught him how to pray. When he got the bible he was reading it none stop and even during recess he hold his bible and read it.  His mother noticed him reading all the time and asked he now believes in Jesus which he said yes.  Since that day he doesn’t have any more bad dreams.

Extra Class,

Extra class is for students who register for our school but are too far behind to join with their current grade level.  Instead of no accepting them we put them in an extra class of all ages and grades until they get caught up enough to participate in their grade and then subsequently are transfer in as a full time regular student.

One student in the extra class has been with us for a month. His mom came to the office recently and she was so happy that her son start to sound word out and start reading after only one month. She said  “My son spent 6 years in public school and don’t know how to read and after spending time here only one month he start to read” she was so very pleased.
