Tha Moniroth is in 10th grade this year and is new to our school.  Her grandfather that registered Tha Moniroth has many grand children.
The neighboring public school didn’t want him to take his granddaughter to our school because they told him it is not a good school.  (so funny to me as I write this part as we’re doing soooo much better than their school is doing).
The grandfather told us he responded to the principle of the public school saying sarcastically that “it must be really bad over there, so bad it’s at the point where they have even run out of space to accept more kids.”  He told them “you let me or not I will take my granddaughter over there”

We’ve had a number of parents tell us that the neighboring schools threaten them when wanting to transfer their children to our school.

When we received his granddaughter he was so excited and thanks us none stop. He said that this place is like a place that saves lives from drowning. He said he loves the school and trust the school. He see all his grandchildren are doing very well.
