A Heart for Wisdom School received notice yesterday an education department all schools in the country of Cambodia will be shut down to help prevent the possible virus spread. Closure will be from 17th of March unto the 20th of April 2020.
All staff will continue to receive salaries for March. To the best of our abilities for April as well.
Maintenance staff will continue to work.
Teaching staff will finish up there grades for the quarter as well as working on getting students home assignments for the month so that studies can continue at home.
Kitchen staff will also be tasked with different duties around the property.
Parents are required to pay the student’s monthly tuition.
A Heart for Wisdom school has not been affected by the virus but will comply with the education request to close as participate in the prevention efforts.
We welcome a holiday and enjoy lightening the risk factor to our students, our children and our staff and family by not working and for us living in a school.
